Guarantee Policy:

 

Reservation must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of booking. Card will not be charged until check in.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a no show penalty of one night room and tax.

 

 

Pet Policy:

 

To keep all our guests happy, including those not traveling with four-legged friends, some restrictions apply.

Standard Pet Policies and Guidelines 

Pets weighing less than 50 pounds are welcome

Pet must be declared at the time of the check in and a non-refundable fee of $ 15 per night will be charged to the guest’s account.

Pet may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Pets are not allowed in the public areas of the hotel such as the Coffe/Breakfast Room and near the food service areas.

Pets must be on a controllable leash at all times when outside the guest room.

Guests must walk their pets in designated walk areas and are responsible for picking up after their pet in and around the hotel at all times.

Housekeeping Service—the pet must be removed from the room prior to housekeeping service or other arrangements must be made with hotel management. 

 

 

 

Maximum Room Occupancy:

 

2 Persons per room only, except in a double occupancy rooms two beds where no more than four people are allowed.

 

 

 

Smoking Policy:

 

This lodging facility is smoke free since November 2012 in compliance with North Dakota State Law. Smoking fee of $150 per room per night and taxes penalty will be applied.
